Seoul-based tattoo artist Hen draws inspiration for her vibrant designs from animals. Strong lines, straightforward shapes, and vibrant colors are used in these straightforward drawings to highlight the adorable aspects of both large and little animals.

There are hedgehogs with long tails, multicolored sheep, and humorous-looking kittens. These contented creatures all seem as though they would fit in well with their own comic book. In order to convey the animal’s fur texture, add color, and give the tattoo a sense of movement, Hen used both hatch marks and stippling. She also frequently adds tiny sparkles to her adorable figurines by painting a single yellow dot in the center of four straight black lines.
